Chicken Flautas with Pico De Gallo

Recommended preparation:

  • Cook a chicken breast in water with salt, pepper, and then shred the chicken.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with Chipotle Zafrán® sauce and set aside.
  • Fill corn tortillas with shredded chicken, shredded mozarrella cheese and over refried beans.
  • To serve the tortillas roll them up and garnish with Zafrán® Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole sauce and Pico de Gallo Picados®.

Tips:

  • Add a teaspoon of vinegar to avoid bitterness from the lemon.
  • Corn tortillas can be used instead of flour tortillas.
