- Stir-fry 1 cup of shrimp with olive oil, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix 1/2 a cup of Zafrán® Vinaigrette Sauce with 1/4 of a cup of passion fruit pulp.
- Mix the previously prepared vinaigrette with the lettuce mix and serve.
- Add the shrimp, croutons, cherry tomato in halves, black olives, sliced almonds and grated Parmesan cheese.
- You can replace the passion fruit pulp with the flavor of your choice.
