- Finely chop the Coleslaw mixture.
- Add 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of Zafrán® Mayonnaise.
- Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Add pineapple cubes to taste.
- This salad is perfect to serve with fried chicken.
- Once prepared, it should be kept refrigerated in a covered container for up to 3 days.
