Sweet and Sour Salad

Picados® product:

Coleslaw 

Recommended Preparation:

  • Finely chop the Coleslaw mixture.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of Zafrán® Mayonnaise.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Add pineapple cubes to taste.

Tips:

  • This salad is perfect to serve with fried chicken.
  • Once prepared, it should be kept refrigerated in a covered container for up to 3 days.
