I freely, consciously, expressly and informedly authorize the commercial company INVERSIONES VALLEJUELO SAS, with NIT.  900.655.932-5, (hereinafter “Inversiones Vallejuelo” or “The Company”), to treat, in its capacity as Data Controller, my data in accordance with the purposes set forth in the personal data processing policy and/or the privacy notice that has been made known to me previously or concurrently with this authorization.

In this sense, I authorize the Company to collect, capture, store, use, treat, process, verify, analyze, consult, report, modify, update, delete, circulate, exchange, transfer and/or transmit my personal data in the development of its corporate purpose and operations. The above for the following purposes in my capacity as Customer: a) The creation in the accounting and computer systems; b) The verification of commercial background; c) Management of collections and payments derived from the commercial relationship; d) Administrative management of Customers in development of the contractual or commercial relationship; e) Inform, update, communicate, organize, attend and accredit the activities in my condition; f) Send information or communications related to the Company in order to comply with contractual obligations and to promote marketing and advertising activities; g) Perform the consultation and reporting of commercial and/or credit information to information operators or credit risk centers; h) Evaluate the provision of services and products, as well as carry out studies and analyses for internal uses; i) Facilitate the implementation of loyalty programs; j) Follow up on the fulfillment of commercial and contractual relationships; k) Allow access to services available on the Website, including content downloads; l) Offering promotions; m) Transmit or transfer to national or foreign third parties for their administrative, commercial, legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance management related to the development of their operations; n) Transmit or transfer to administrative or judicial authorities in compliance with the order of a competent authority or regulatory provision; o) Allow access to facilities; p) Respond to complaints, petitions, claims, queries and requirements in general; q) Notifications derived from regulatory compliance, such as updating of this Policy; r) Other activities complementary to or derived from the previous ones.

I also state that I understand that my sensitive data are those that may affect my privacy or that improperly used could generate my discrimination and, therefore, the answers and supply of information related to this type of data is optional. In this sense, Inversiones Vallejuelo has informed me that I can, or not, deliver such information and that it will not condition activities to its delivery.

I state that I understand that as Personal Data Subject I have the right to know, update, rectify, modify, suppress my personal data, to consult free of charge those data object of treatment, as well as to present to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce complaints for infringements to the provisions of the regulations in force previous exhaustion of the internal procedure in the Company.
